Function: Anti-bacterial Disinfectant, Improve Acne, Anti-Stress Fatigue、Sooth Mood, Accelerated Cell Renewal, Enhance Memory, Insect Repellent.

HOW TO USE
Relaxing Bath
Add 8-10 drops to bath water to help with relaxation.

Air Freshener
Add 15-20 drops to 2oz of water and spray into air.

Insect Bites
Add 1-2 drops to a cotton ball and apply to affected area.

Diffuser
Add 5-8 drops to a diffuser

Relaxing bath
Add 8-10 drops to bath water to help relax after a busy day.

Insect Repellent
Add 15-20 drops to 2oz of water and spray rooms and bed sheets to keep bugs away.

Massage
Add essential oil into the base oil for body message which can let relax muscle tension, improve blood circulation, eliminate fatigue, detoxify, slimming and achieve physical and metal balance. Add 6-10 drops essential oil into 30ml base oil (optionally up to 5 types of essential oils).

功效：抗沮喪、抗焦慮、強化平衡中樞神經發炎、抗菌、改善粉刺暗瘡、殺黴菌、幫助淋巴排毒、利尿、除疤去印、幫助收斂、促進傷口癒合、促進細胞新陳代謝、激勵、提神加強記憶、消除嗜睡、保持清醒、減少壓力疲倦、驅蚊防蟲。

使用方法：
放鬆沐浴
加8-10滴到沐浴水中以幫助放鬆。

空氣清新劑
加入15-20滴至2盎司的水並噴入空氣中。

昆蟲叮咬
將1-2滴加入棉球並塗抹於患處。

蒸薰
將5 – 8滴香薰精油加入香薰爐上或香薰噴霧器中，讓精油香氣散發在空氣中。

水療
將 8-10 滴香薰精油加在浴缸水中，浸浴約15分鐘，即時消除疲勞，鬆弛肌肉及舒緩壓力。

按摩
將香薰精油稀釋於基礎油裏按摩身體，可以鬆弛肌肉緊張，改善血液循環，消除疲勞，排毒，瘦身，纖體緊緻，達至身心平衡。稀釋比例：每30毫升底油可加6- 10滴香薰精油 (可選配多至5種的香薰精油)
