Due to the nature of the products and at discounted prices, we do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges on all sales. All defective products should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging box as this is considered part of the product. Products that are returned without or in a damaged or marked packaging box will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer. Customers will bear all shipping or handling costs.
For all defective electronic devices, please report to us within 14 days with detailed descriptions of the problem. We will arrange a replacement soon after, subject to stocks availability.
