ArOmis German Chamomile Organic Essential Oil – (Green)

ArOmis German Chamomile essential oil is certified organic in Switzerland. Our essential oils are imported from our partner in South Africa. We have a mission of sustainability that is fully expressed in our small agroforestry farmer produced essential oils.  In the spirit of fair trade and environmental stewardship, using African oils grown in tropical and sub tropical areas encourages local farmers to use less land more wisely and to preserve the indigenous forests by growing high value crops in harmony with the surrounding forests replacing Maiz and other fertilizer and slash and burn agricultural crops.

使用方法：
放鬆沐浴
加8-10滴到沐浴水中，可具有調節、放鬆的功效。

護膚
德國洋甘菊精油加在每天使用的皮膚保養品中混合，比例為1滴對5-8克乳霜，每天塗抹於皮膚上，能夠平緩發紅、乾燥和過敏等皮膚問題。

局部消炎
把香薰精油10滴在5毫升於基礎油中稀釋，每天2-3次直接塗抹於局部患處，其消炎收斂的治療效果更為顯著(高濃度精油不宜整臉塗抹)。

蒸薰
將5 – 8滴香薰精油加入香薰爐上或香薰噴霧器中，讓精油香氣散發在空氣中，舒緩呼吸道問題及具有抗興奮與鎮靜的效果。使人心情平和，平衡情緒，易於入睡。

水療
將 8-10 滴香薰精油加在浴缸水中，浸浴約15分鐘，可以達到活血經絡的目的。

按摩
將香薰精油稀釋於基礎油裏按摩身體，可舒緩風濕痛、有止痛作用。稀釋比例：每30毫升底油可加6- 10滴香薰精油 (可選配多至5種的香薰精油)
