Doing Our Part at AdultsHK

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, we have a heightened awareness at AdultsHK of our responsibility to our employees, customers, and partners.

At AdultsHK, we sterilized all products with our ultraviolet-C (UV-C) sterilizer before sending out to our customers. However, product packaging will remained sealed as from factory. Sterilizer will scan through all sides of the products ensuring the surfaces are disinfected.

UV-C radiation, in the range of 250 nm – 280 nm, renders harmful micro-organisms such as bacteria and viruses ineffective, by destroying the genetic information in the DNA. The micro-organisms lose their reproductive capability and are destroyed. The germicidal nature of UV is well suited to treat parasites which are extremely resistant to chemical disinfectants, such as Cryptosporidium or Giardia.
